Temps de Flors (Flower time)

This menu is only available in the second and third weeks of May, every day of the week.

First Courses:

 

- Season salad with pistachio vinaigrette.

- Lentil salad with marinated salmon and mango

- Noodle paella with garlic sauce.

Main courses:

 

- Beef with wild mushrooms.

- Cod with raisins and pine nuts on a bed of confited onion.

- Catalan pork sausage with white beans.

Desserts:

 

- Sacher torte.

- Mini Girona xuxos (pastries) with a glass of sweet moscatell wine

- Curd cheese with honey.

 

Bread, wine Sumarroca and mineral water.
